RB5100 |
All purpose highly resistant anticorrosive coating. Advance technology cross-linked aromatic polyurethane resin based reinforced with non-leafing aluminum flake which cures by reacting with atmospheric moisture. The polymer structure is extremely adhesive and chemically inert. It can be used to protect metal, concrete, fiberglass, wood and many other materials. It can be applied over poorly prepared and rusted surfaces. |

Fire Tube coating. Proprietary technology densely cross-linked reactive polymer catalyzed to form a barrier structure that is extremely chemically inert with a high heat deflection temperature. It is formulated to be extremely adhesive, hard, tough and abrasion resistant. Intended for fire tubes on oil field treaters handling hot crude, brine and waste water at oil field production sites including water solutions containing carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and methane gases, salts, detergents, many acids, alkali, and other chemicals. |

Protection for surfaces at elevated temperatures in severe chemical and physical environments. Proprietary advanced technology multifunctional phenol novolac resin reacted with a modified, multiple ring cycloaliphatic amine adduct. The polymer structure is extremely chemical resistant with a high heat deflection temperature and is reinforced with laminar flake pigments. |

High Build Epoxy coating. The polymer structure is extremely tough, water resistant, and has high adhesive properties. Apply to steel and concrete storage vessels, containment areas, piping and processing equipment handling industrial waste, brine waters and water solutions containing salts, detergents, many alkalis and other chemicals. |
